Jill Allen is a salesperson, trainer, and relationship builder. As Manager of Customer Relationship Management at Thinkronize, Inc., she has built a strong team to provide customer implementation, professional development, and support.

With both a sales and support background, Allen understands the customer from the selling cycle to implementation and renewal. Allen's vision to make new customers enthusiastic and loyal fans of the netTrekker suite of products is evident with the company's high customer retention rate, currently at a 90% renewal rate, streamlined order processing procedures, and new professional development offerings. Allen heads the Customer Advisory Board, the customer newsletter, presents netTrekker and partner products at industry trade shows and conferences, and oversees statewide implementations.

Under Allen's direction, the Customer Relationship Management team has doubled in size and become an efficient, responsive, and innovative group that has effectively managed the implementation, professional development, and ongoing customer support requirements for over 21,000 schools nationwide that currently use the netTrekker suite of products.

Prior to Thinkronize, Allen spent ten years in sales and support positions at Cincinnati Bell and Procter & Gamble managing customer relationship directives for strategic customer bases to provide excellent customer support, to ensure continued revenue, and to maintain high customer retention. While at Cincinnati Bell, Allen earned President's Club status 3 of 3 years for sales achievement and customer retention.

Allen was honored as the 2005 Thinkronite of the Year by her peers for her outstanding contribution to the company. She is an active member of her son's PTSO, and a member and past board member of Executive Women's Golf Association. Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Miami University and resides in West Chester, Ohio with her husband and two sons.
