Since its founding in 1999, Joe Vallo has been an integral player and a driving force for Thinkronize, Inc. As the company's first manager, Vallo helped shape the company's kid-first strategy and built the operations and support team to effectively and efficiently run the company.

Vallo's responsibilities cover every aspect of running the business and he fosters a work environment of respect, integrity, cooperation, and efficiency - all essential for achieving Thinkronize's aggressive growth plans. Vallo's responsibilities include Product Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Finance and Accounting, Legal, Human Resources, and Facilities. In addition, Vallo leads Thinkronize's strategic planning and budgeting processes, which allows him to provide direction to pricing, new product ideas, and promotional strategies.

Vallo's first experience working with children and technology was at Hobsons, makers of a CD-ROM-based college search product called CollegeView. CollegeView was used by high school students to help them make informed college choices, and Vallo worked as Director of Database Marketing.

Prior to Hobsons, Vallo spent seventeen years in information technology and operations management positions with high-profile corporations including Luxottica Retail (previously LensCrafters), Price Waterhouse Consulting, Accenture (previously Arthur Anderson Consulting), and Macy's Department Stores (previously Lazarus).

Vallo holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University. He resides in Loveland, Ohio with his wife and two children.
